Summary: Code access entry was convenient. The representative was delightful during office hours--just be aware you many not be able to reach someone all hours. Duplex was spacious and nicely decorated. We stayed late December and it was very cold and the only heat sources seemed to be 2 space heaters and one wall fake fireplace unit--aesthetically beautiful but slow to heat so we were cold for a long while before things warmed up. Extra blankets would be nice to have on hand. The queen mattresses were firm, but some may prefer that. The king mattress was wonderful and comfy. All in all, we were grateful for spacious accommodations for our whole family.
